Seligman Center For The Arts. Master Plan
Completed in 2014

A fifty-seven acre farmstead owned by the surrealist artist, author and educator, Kurt Seligmann, was left to the citizens of Orange County New York. Frequent visitors and friends including, Alexander Caldwell, Marcel Duchamp, Max Ernst, Man Ray and other significant figures of the movement.

An overall long term strategic master plan was developed.

Buildings for art galleries, agriculture, culinary, educational, social, long & short term lodging, including a hotel and cabins, ‘artist-in-residence’ housing, several outdoor performance spaces, planting fields, orchards, & enhanced circulation and pathways.
